Stealth, speed & matchup-specific survivor builds

🛡️ Any Killer 🔪 vs. The Slasher · Jason 🪚 vs. The Cannibal · Bubba

Any Killer Universal stealth & speed · works in every match

🥷 General Stealth & Speed

Quiet, fast, "ghost in the walls" survivor.

PerkWhy it works
Urban Evasion NeaCore — crouch-walk at near-run speed for silent repositioning.
Lithe Feng50% speed burst after a fast vault — your "oh no" escape button.
Fixated Nancy+10% walk speed AND see your own scratch marks to control them.
Iron Will Jake100% grunt suppression — silent even when injured.
Why it sings: Fixated + Urban Evasion means you rarely leave scratch marks when you don't want to. Iron Will keeps you quiet when hurt. Lithe is your bailout when stealth fails.

Variations: More speed → Sprint Burst over Iron Will · Max stealth → Distortion/Lightweight over Lithe · Totems → Quick & Quiet over Lithe.

vs. The Slasher Jason Voorhees · avoid the chase, deny the wall-pin

🔪 Anti-Jason — Solo

Chapter 40 · released June 16, 2026
How he hunts: Goes invisible (Omnipresent Evil), moves faster, tracks you by footsteps. Reappears bursting through pallets / vaults / breakable walls. Hits an injured survivor near a wall = you're pinned helpless.
PerkWhy vs. Jason
Urban Evasion NeaQuiet, fast crouch repositioning while he hunts footsteps.
Iron Will JakeBorderline mandatory — silences the sound cues he tracks.
LightweightScratch marks fade faster — starves his visual tracking.
Fixated NancyFaster walk + see your trail to juke his reappear ambushes.
Why: Dropped Lithe/Sprint Burst on purpose — looping pallets/vaults is a trap since those are his reappear anchors. This build avoids chase instead of trying to win it.
  • ✅ Stay healthy — the wall-pin only hits injured survivors
  • ✅ Don't hug walls or dead-ends when hurt
  • ✅ When he goes invisible, STOP running — crouch-walk quietly
  • ⚠️ Don't camp pallets/vaults/breakable walls (his reappear anchors)
  • ⚠️ Watch for Silent Shadow (reduced audio warning)

👥 Anti-Jason — Coordinated 4-Man SWF

Full comms, all perks available. Role specialization > everyone hiding.

🔭 S1 — Info Anchor / Scout
Bond · Open-Handed · Kindred · Windows of Opportunity
Open-Handed makes every aura perk map-wide. Kindred lights up Jason the second he reappears at a hook.
⚙️ S2 — Gen Engine
Prove Thyself · Hyperfocus · Stake Out · Deja Vu
End the game before he snowballs. One survivor becomes a gen-melting machine.
🛡️ S3 — Anti-Pin Stealth / Saboteur
Urban Evasion · Iron Will · Saboteur · Boil Over
Denies his wall-pin → hook conversion. Silence to avoid the down, sabotage the hook, wriggle free.
❤️ S4 — Guardian / Unhook Specialist
We'll Make It · Off the Record · Guardian · Built to Last
Fast unhooks + instant full heals. Staying healthy is the universal Jason counter.

Team synergy:

  • Open-Handed (S1) supercharges EVERYONE'S auras (+8m)
  • Stay healthy as a rule — no injured target = no pin, no sound tracking
  • Spread out your loops — don't all use the same reappear anchors
  • 📢 Callout: "Invisible" = everyone crouch-walks · "Reappear at [spot]" = S1 calls it

Items: S2 Toolbox + BNP · S4 Med-Kit · S1/S3 Maps or flashlights (saves work on his pins).

vs. The Cannibal Bubba "Leatherface" Sawyer · bait the Tantrum, break the camp

🪚 Anti-Bubba — Solo

The Cannibal · chainsaw insta-down / facecamp
How he hunts: Revs the Chainsaw (up to 3 charges to lengthen the sweep), then sweeps at high speed for an instant down that can hit multiple survivors at once. His chainsaw barely turns — and if he bumps a wall, a dropped pallet, or gets blinded mid-sweep, he drops into a long, helpless Tantrum. Outside the saw he's a plain 4.6 m/s M1 killer with no mobility and no ranged attack. His reputation is facecamping: revving at the hook so any rescuer gets insta-downed too.
PerkWhy vs. Bubba
Windows of Opportunity KateSee every pallet & window so you can route to tight loops — short walls force his sweep to bump and Tantrum.
Lithe FengBurst of speed to break line-of-sight right as he revs, so he can't line the sweep up on you.
Flashbang LeonCraft it on gens, then blind him mid-sweep or off a pickup — a blind during the chainsaw = instant Tantrum and a free escape/save.
Reassurance JonahThe anti-facecamp button. Stand near the hooked survivor and pause their timer 30s, buying time to bait the camping Bubba off.
Why it sings: Bubba's whole threat is the straight-line sweep and the hook camp. Tight loops (Windows) + an LOS-break (Lithe) make the sweep miss into a Tantrum, Flashbang punishes the rev directly, and Reassurance neuters the facecamp. You're not out-looping him — you're forcing the bump.
  • ✅ Run to TIGHT loops and short walls — his sweep can't corner and he'll Tantrum on the bump.
  • ✅ Pre-drop a pallet in his face during a sweep — the bump = a free Tantrum stun.
  • ✅ Just do gens. He has no map pressure; spread out so one sweep can't catch two of you.
  • ⚠️ Never run in a straight line away from a revving Bubba — that's exactly the shot he wants.
  • ⚠️ Don't crowd a camped hook. Bait the rev, body-block the down, and only trade with Borrowed Time value.

🩸 Anti-Bubba — Solo (Anti-Slug / Self-Reliant)

The Cannibal · multi-down insurance

Bubba's sweep drops two or three of you at once and he loves to slug — so this solo build assumes nobody is coming to pick you up. Get yourself off the ground and make the carry a nightmare.

PerkWhy vs. Bubba
Unbreakable BillThe answer to the slug. After a multi-down sweep, recover and pick yourself up while he's busy hooking someone else.
Power Struggle ÉlodieFill your recovery bar, then drop a pallet on him during the pickup — a free stun and a wasted sweep.
Flip-Flop AshConverts recovery progress into wiggle, so even if he does pick you up you're a coin-flip away from dropping.
Boil Over KateBigger wiggle swings + blocked aura on the hooks — drag the carry away from hooks and toward a Power Struggle pallet.
Why it sings: Every perk punishes the exact thing Bubba is best at — multi-downs and slugging. Unbreakable beats the slug outright; Power Struggle + Flip-Flop + Boil Over turn the resulting pickup into a stun-or-escape gamble he can't safely take.
  • ✅ Crawl toward a standing pallet while slugged — that's your Power Struggle exit.
  • ✅ Save Unbreakable for when he slugs to chase a teammate, not the instant you go down.
  • ⚠️ Don't waste the pallet drop early — you only get the Power Struggle stun once.

👥 Anti-Bubba — Coordinated 4-Man SWF

Full comms, all perks available. Bubba folds to genrush + a flashlight bully — punish that he has zero mobility.

🔭 S1 — Anti-Camp Anchor
Kindred · Reassurance · Camaraderie · Babysitter
See the camping Bubba (Kindred), freeze the hook timer (Reassurance + Camaraderie), and shield the rescued survivor on the way out (Babysitter).
⚙️ S2 — Gen Engine
Prove Thyself · Hyperfocus · Stake Out · Deja Vu
Bubba has no map pressure and no ranged kit — if he commits to a camp, the gens should fly. Race the clock.
🔦 S3 — Flashlight Bully
Background Player · Blast Mine · Residual Manifest · Built to Last
A blind during a chainsaw sweep or at a pickup = an instant Tantrum. Background Player gives the burst to be in position for the save every time.
🪝 S4 — Pallet Saboteur / Anti-Slug
Saboteur · Boil Over · Power Struggle · Flip-Flop
Bubba sweeps for multi-downs, so deny the hooks: sabo the hook, fill the wiggle, and pop a pallet stun off the ground with Power Struggle.

Team synergy:

  • 📢 Callout: "Revving" = everyone scatters and breaks LOS · "Camping hook" = S2 stays on gens, S1+S3 go for the bully save.
  • Pre-drop pallets into his sweeps on purpose — every bump is a Tantrum you all capitalize on.
  • Never group up for an unhook against a revving Bubba — one body baits, one blinds, the rest stay on gens.
  • If he slugs after a multi-down, Flip-Flop + Power Struggle turn the slug into a pallet stun and a pick-up denial.

Items: S2 Toolbox + BNP · S3 Flashlight (the whole gameplan) · S1/S4 Med-Kit or Toolbox + sabo add-ons.
